A powerful natural gas explosion has been reported in Portland, Oregon. Three firefighters, two police officers and three civilians were hurt in the explosion. Officials say none of the injuries appear to be life threatening. A Portland Fire and Rescue spokesperson says two of the firefighters suffered broken legs.
